accommodation costs.

show proof that they have enough finances for return travel along with any
family member.
● Students must not have
any criminal record; they need a police certificate stating so to prove it.
● Students must be
prepared for any medical test. It is to ensure the safety of Canadian citizens,
and this rule is even stricter than before since the coronavirus pandemic.
● Students must promise
to the Canadian officials that they will leave Canada as soon as their Visa
expires.
● Students will get a
degree completion notification from their institute after they complete their
course.
● The Study Visa expires
90 days after students complete their degree program.
● The Canadian Study
Permit** is an authorized document, which the Canadian government issues to the
students.
● Students must have all

select a short-term study course, don't require to have a Study Visa. A
short-term study course is that, which lasts under six months.
● If the student or
students are members of their nation's army, they don't need a Canadian Study
Visa to study in Canada. It is permitted under the visiting foreign forces act
of Canada.
● If the student is a
relative or a family member of any staff member at the Department of Foreign
Affairs, Trade, and Development, Canada. In that case, they are exempt from the
Study Visa.
● If an Indian student or
students receive a registered Indian status when they are in Canada, they don't
need to have a Study Visa to study in Canada.
