UK Spouse Visa: All You Need to Know About

When

● Travel documents that
prove that you had visited each other at least once before you got wed.
● Any documents
evidencing your intention to live together in the UK.
Spouse Visa language test
If you wish
to live in the UK with your spouse, you require proving that you can speak
English. Once you have passed an English test, it will be legal for two years.
After that, you must give an English test in speaking and listening to get the
right to Stay in the UK(United Kingdom) with your partner. Your certification
will be legal only if your English exam is conducted via an Approved Secure
English Language Testing, aka SELT provider.
Here are
the exceptions for the English language test.
● You are a citizen of a
majority English-speaking nation such as Australia.

● You have a degree
